We ship worldwide with free shipping on every order. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking approximately 7-10 days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Returns

We want you to love your DinoGuise costume. If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Please contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it quickly at no extra cost to you.
